Thanks to everyone who left a sweet comment on my last post – it’s so much appreciated! It’s great to hear your feedback, so we can make sure this space is the best it can be! I know I’ve been slacking when it comes to updating my blog over the last few weeks, but I do have my reasons (of which I explained a bunch before). One of them is also the crazy traveling schedule I had in July: Ibiza, New York, London, London again and France. Now I’m preparing myself and my business for a trip to Croatia (a week on a yacht, yay!) and New York almost straight after. It’s so much fun, don’t get me wrong, but especially when I don’t travel with my husband a.k.a. photographer it’s more difficult to stay on top of shooting and thus posting. I want a certain quality here, and since I have developed a sorta “signature” photography style, I’m picky in who I work with. So lucky to have a talented man by my side who’s willing to help out whenever he can! And he’s coming with on the next few trips so expect loads of new editorials on Raspberry & Rouge the next couple of months.
The images above were shot last weekend right around the corner from my mother-in-law’s country house in Northern France. We’ve been there twice now, and it’s such a serene place. A big difference from the city life I love and am used to! It’s good to have a change of scenery regularly, it keeps me fresh and inspired. So let’s go! Last few days in Amsterdam before switching off for a week in the Mediterranean! Can’t wait!
