Just before I left for New York, I got this amazing blazer from my sister’s best friend who happens to be the owner of . It’s a fashion brand, creating the most beautiful basics for men – soon launching their women’s collection. Crafted in Kigali, Rwanda, all of their fabrics are imported from Nigeria and the Ivory Coast. Now, and I’m not getting paid, nor pushed to write about this, is a label I support for 100%. And I got so many compliments when walking the streets of the West Village with this one. So I wanted to shoot it, and wear it to fashion week, so I can do my part in getting her name and clothing out there.
