Last week I hopped back on that plane to go to London for 36 hours, to attend a bunch of meetings and meet up with an old friend. Every reason to go back to the city is a good one, I love spending time over there. So even though I just had a weekend to recover from that trip to Oz, I was more than excited to board the flight. When my schedule is as packed at is was, I tend to go for comfort in multiple ways: skip the heels, hello jeans and centrally located hotels. I wanted to minimalize the travelling as much as possible due to limited time. Fortunately the came to the rescue! Not only location wise, but also room wise (have you seen my Instagram?) – the perfect spot to wind down after running around all day. Entering the hotel felt a bit like a club so you can only imagine I felt right at home. Also, the perfect backdrop to shoot my look of day one – due to the continuous rain the second one will have to wait until further notice. Can’t wait to go back again – London Fashion Week anyone?
