Last week I hopped back on that plane to go to London for 36 hours, to attend a bunch of meetings and meet up with an old friend. Every reason to go back to the city is a good one, I love spending time over there. So even though I just had a weekend to recover from that trip to Oz, I was more than excited to board the flight. When my schedule is as packed at is was, I tend to go for comfort in multiple ways: skip the heels, hello jeans and centrally located hotels. I wanted to minimalize the travelling as much as possible due to limited time. Fortunately the W hotel came to the rescue! Not only location wise, but also room wise (have you seen my Instagram?) – the perfect spot to wind down after running around all day. Entering the hotel felt a bit like a club so you can only imagine I felt right at home. Also, the perfect backdrop to shoot my look of day one – due to the continuous rain the second one will have to wait until further notice. Can’t wait to go back again – London Fashion Week anyone?
