I was recently in Croatia, as most of you might know, and had the best time. One of the highlights of my days were the little towns we were docking in. We got to visit the most beautiful litlle places later in the afternoon and at night. On one of those days, don’t ask me when or the name of the exact town, we were on the hunt for ice-cream in not much more than a bikini cover-up. It was sweltering! I found this dress on sale at ZARA the other day in London, and just knew I had to snap it up for the travels to come. And it came of good use, as the photos above proof – and it was the first item I wore after I arrived in New York this week. From one adventure to another, I’m excited for the time ahead. This post was shot in a humble 10 minutes, but captures everything I was aiming for. The beautiful light, the characteristic houses, the summer feeling that everyone knows. A beautiful memory, on to many more! Croatia definitely stole my heart (again), can’t wait to explore the country a bit more. I’d love to see the waterfalls or main cities. Europe has so much beauty, and although I tend to get out of my own continent as often as I can, I do cherish the amazingness “we” have with pride. I’m a true Dutchie, or as some Americans might say “European” gal. Either way, I’m proud of where I come from!
