I never really use to wear high heels. I’m quite tall (1.80M/5″11), so I have always been taller than most of my friends. I was so much more introvert and shy when I was younger, so a high heel that would make me more visible was definitely a no-go. Until I decided it was ok, I couldn’t really help being tall could I? Does that mean I can’t wear heels? What about all those models? They tend to be tall too no? So at some point, I don’t remember when exactly, but probably towards the end of my university years, I decided I could wear whatever I wanted because I simply shouldn’t care about other so much. Who cares what they think? Being tall also has a lot of advantages at the same time – I realize now. Anyway, long story short, I wear heels almost every day now. Tall or short, it doesn’t matter anymore. Although recently I did start wearing lower heels simply because I think they look cute and they’re definitely more comfy than high stiletto heels. These heels are subtle, but the patent leather makes them special enough to be very suitable for the festive season, don’t you think?
